What are your opening hours?
Pure Beauty opening hours are flexible to suit you. From Monday to Saturday, with Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday till late - just contact us.
Can I request a certain therapist?
Absolutely - just let us know when you make your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
Depending on how late you are, your treatment will begin as soon as you arrive and may be cut short due to other bookings.
Do I pay full price if I'm more than 15 minutes late?
Yes - we will try our best to fit in your entire treatment if possible but you will be charged the full treatment price.
Can I return products?
Yes, you can return unopened products with a receipt within 14 days of the purchase. Please contact us first.
