Cancellation Policy
Any appointments cancelled or shortened without 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee, payable before your next appointment with us.
This also applies for no shows.
It's easy to avoid this as we send a text the day prior to your appointment to give you the opportunity to let us know if you need to reschedule, if we have not received your text confirmation, we will endeavor to call you & confirm - however it is your responsibility to monitor your appointments.
We appreciate there will be some exceptional circumstances but by letting us know asap it gives us plenty of time to book another client in.
We will also ask for a deposit for appointments longer than 1.5 hours.
