Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery around the Greymouth and Hokitika areas. Please check with us if your area is considered part of our free delivery service.

All deliveries are paid by you at check out for delivery within New Zealand only and are sent out via Aramex Couriers.

Orders get processed ready to send within 24-48 hours of an order being placed.  If you place an order over a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed within 24-48 hours of the first working day.

Note: if we are unable to meet the 24-48 hour dispatch turnaround, we will contact you to advise you of the ETA.

Order Tracking

All orders are sent via a traceable courier package.

If you receive a courier package that is torn open, badly crushed etc., note this when signing for the goods for your own protection and coverage.  By signing for a parcel without stating this, you confirm it has been received by you in otherwise good condition.
